Product Returns Policy
Our Product Returns Policy defines important conditions which must be followed before a refund or exchange can be considered.
At abmWaterstop Ltd®, our aim is to provide complete satisfaction in our amazing product. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the product and obtain a full refund. If the product is faulty, we will exchange it for you, or offer a refund.
A product can be returned for refund or exchange up and including to 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
To request a refund or exchange, please email us. Please provide detailed information about the order, including the order reference number. One of our friendly customer service agents will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement product.
Any product that is to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. The product must also be in the original, unopened packaging. Receipts or delivery notes may be requested as proof of purchase or delivery.
In the very unlikely event that a product is damaged, or the original packaging is damaged upon receipt of the order, please contact us. We will either provide a replacement product or offer a refund as appropriate.
We use reputable and fully insured couriers to deliver our products. In the unlikely event that an order is not received within 7 working days of placing the order, please email us or call us.
